Swedish cider specialists Karl Sjostrom and Mikael Nypelius aim to inspire others to try making their own batch at home, with minimal fuss and only a few basic pieces of equipment. As well as passing on the secrets of cider-making, they present recipes for cider and pet-nats (natural sparkling wines) and reveal the range of fruits that can be used for brewing, including pears, cherries, plums, rhubarb and berries. There are also tasting notes so that your cider can be appreciated just like any fine wine.
