David Shrigley is an internationally acclaimed visual artist
Born in Macclesfield in 1968 David studied at the Glasgow School of art, and his work came to prominence in the late 90's, considered one of the unique artists of our time akin to Warhol or Haring and his work is recognised within the art world and far beyond to impact on wider culture.

David has enjoyed critical acclaim internationally and in 2020 was awarded an OBE for Services to Visual Arts, and has enjoyed solo museum exhibitions globally.
