Italian artist iL Duca produces his art based around his character Melanzasca and his gang of bandits!

Self taught and having worked in various industries all art related from comic book to commercial illustration, iL Duca has exhibited his work internationally including the recent Art Toy Gama exhibition in Topic Museum from Tolosa in Spain.

“ I don't have a single story, I'm a multitude of stories. I carry the name of a bandit, but in my disguises I'm all those robbers, smugglers and people carrying knives who belonged to a romantic working class underworld which doesn't exist anymore. I'm a robber, a gentleman and a gangster. I live in hidden places, where outcasts live, people with no redemption “.
