Thomas Mayo is a letterpress printmaker based in the Cotswolds.
He crafts his own printing blocks from wood, using a variety of newfangled techniques which is used within his work and collaborations with other designers.
He creates a wide range of bespoke printed goods including typographic prints, business stationary and cocktail menus. He has worked with clients such as Jameson Whiskey, Marks & Spencer and Transport for London, with his most recent work permanently installed at London’s Farringdon underground station.
Thomas also worked alongside fellow Hooked artist, Eddy Bennett on his paradise series.
Thomas has an MA from the University of Gloucestershire in Visual Communication and is a Brother of The Art Workers Guild.
